About This Program
This assessment meeting is required of all new clients coming to Topfield Equestrian Center for any service, lesson, or program. It allows us to get to know you, assess your specific needs, discuss your goals, and match you with an appropriate services, equine partner, and volunteer team. All activities will be tailored to your individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
To help us plan the best experience for everyone, we usually schedule appointments at least a week in advance and payment is required at the time of booking. We understand things come up, but to keep things running smoothly, we can't reschedule missed appointments or those canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time. With more than 24 hours notice, we're happy to reschedule up to two appointments per year. While we don't offer refunds for scheduled lessons/appointments, if we have to cancel on our end, we'll definitely reschedule when possible, or credit your account. Thanks for your understanding as we work to make our adaptive services wonderful for everyone!
